🇫🇷 Professor Dr. Yéhézkel Ben-Ari
Professor Ben-Ari is the First Director of the Mediterranean Institute of Neurobiology (Inmed), which he founded in Marseille, France. Professor Ben-Ari founded and serves as CEO of the following companies: l. Neurochlore, which specializes in the treatment of Autism, 2. B&A Therapeutics, which specializes in the treatment of Parkinson disease, 3. BABiomedical which has developed an Artificial intelligence program analyzing maternity data to identify at birth babies susceptible to be diagnosed years later with Autism.
Professor Ben-Ari obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Paris. He was a Post-doctoral Fellow at Cambridge (UK), Oslo (Norway) and McGill (Canada). In the past, he conducted research as the Team Leader, Institute Alfred Fessard, CNRS, Gif-sur-Yvette, France and as Director, Unit 29 Inserm, Hospital Cochin, Paris, France. Professor Ben-Ari has had several Scientific Responsibilities, such as serving on the Scientific Advisory Board, Gottingen, Germany and serving on the Board of Examiners of the University of Excellence in Neuroscience, Heidelberg, Germany.
His mentoring activities include: 1. Founder of the Hippocrates first summer school for the Interns of the Medical School, Inmed, Marseille, France, 2. Professor for over 20 years at the Doctorate School of the Pasteur Institute, Paris, France; 3. Training many PhD students.
His many honors include: The “Doctor, Honoris Causa”of the University of Liege, Belgium, The grand prix of the French Medical Research Council (INSERM) and the Belgian National Research Center (FNRS), the European and the US foundation of epilepsy for his research on the mechanisms of epilepsies.
He holds many patents, has presented more than 300 lectures at conferences, organized seminars andinternational congresses, and has more than 520 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
🇸🇮 Ivo Boscarol
Mr. Ivo Boscarol is the founder, CEO and co-owner of Pipistrel Group companies.
As the first private aircraft producer in the Balkans area he set the aviation standards for Microlight class on the global scale in the early eighties. His company claimed many awards such as European Business Award for the most innovative company in EU in 2010, two consecutive victories at the NASA; while Pipistrel aircraft won the World Champion title and still hold 11 world records. Pipistrel has been the producer of world’s most energy-efficient light aircraft and one of the pioneers of electric propulsion for more than 15 years. In 2007 Ivo and his team made the world's first fully electric 2-seat aircraft, the Taurus Electro. In 2011 the Taurus G4, world's first electric 4-seat aircraft, won the NASA Challenge for the third time. In 2014 Pipistrel released the first serially produced electric trainer in the world, the Alpha Electro; the first 4-seat hybrid propulsion aircraft and the first 4-seat aircraft powered by hydrogen fuel cells in 2016 and first electric type certified aircraft in 2022
Nowadays Ivo dedicates his time to the leadership of Pipistrel group and development of new environment-friendly aircraft & concepts. Since 2014 he has been working on a concept of E-VTOL vehicles, on UBER Flying car concept and revolutionary window-to-window air transport with autonomous electric vehicles, which would make city transport more efficient, safer and cleaner and on 19-seat Hydrogen fuel cells powered, emission free Miniliner.
🇬🇧 Professor Justin Cobb
Professor Cobb was an open scholar at Magdalen College Oxford before graduating in medicine in 1982. He continued his training in Oxford, London and Brighton. After completing his master's thesis in 1991, Professor Cobb was then appointed consultant orthopaedic surgeon at The Middlesex Hospital and awarded a Hunterian Professorship in 1992. After fifteen years as a consultant at UCLH and Hon Sen Lecturer at UCL, he joined Imperial College London as their Chair of orthopaedics in 2005.
🇨🇭 Olivier Girardin
Olivier is a partner in the Consulting Services practice of Hpartner, a Swiss company based in Borex (16 km away from Geneva). This has enabled him to manage successfully 5 hospitals (including turnaround of clinics such as La Prairie in Clarens, La Métairie in Nyon). He has also coached an oncology center in Freiburg im Brisgau (Germany).
He previously was partner with Ernst & Young (EY) Switzerland with engagement in various European countries. He has more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on hospital management (he has been CEO for 5 years of a private hospital. He was also CFO of an American Hospital Chain in Europe for 3 years with clinics in Switzerland, Spain, Greece and Singapore (previously AMI and now TENET).
He worked for “Du Pont de Nemours” in the internal audit group for 6 years and has an extensive experience of various industries.
His main focus is on performance management, turnaround, change management and strategy. He is also active in quality management and process redesign. He graduated from the hotel Management School Lausanne and got an MBA from the University of Geneva. He recently completed a 4 years training program (40 days) at Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City (ATP course - Pr. Brent James) and a program on patient safety at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.
Olivier regularly lectures at the University of Lausanne and Geneva as well as the Academy of the Swiss hospital association on strategy in Healthcare.

Professor Humbert has been elevated to the grade of Professor of University in 1993, at the age of 34 years. Specialist in Dermatology, cosmetology, as well in internal Medicine, Allergology and clinical Immunology, he performed a Ph.D. in cutaneous Pharmacology.
🇷🇺 Mikhail Kozlov
Mikhail has an electrotechnical background and worked as a Chief Energy Officer in Bitfury (Netherlands), Head of Innovations and Renewables in RusHydro (Russia) and other companies. He has 25 years of experience in energy companies in Russia and abroad in positions of strategy director, commercial director, development director. He graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute’s Electrotechnical school and now works for the Russian electrochemical company InEnergy, developing hydrogen energy systems, energy storage and related products.

Conrad Wilhelm Röntgen discovered the X-rays 126 years ago. Since then, this technique has shown a great impact on the diagnosis and therapy of various diseases. In this lecture, a brief overview of the development from the first radiological examinations to modern computed tomography with a focus on imaging of the head and the central nervous system will be given. In addition, the latest innovations in neuroimaging and their potential future applications will be presented.
